So Close

36.5 Weeks!  I can't even believe it.  Last week at the doctor we were dilated to a 1 and 60% effaced.  We are planning a scheduled C-Section which is now scheduled for June 23.  The boys have been so extremely obedient so far, that I am confident we will make it.  The Doc says that since my pregnancy has gone so well and been so healthy that he really feels like we will make it also.

I feel pretty ready for their arrival, but there are still several things that I wish I had done.  The nursery is pretty close, but there are a few (non-emergency) things that I wish were done, but I am simply too tired to get it all done.  Therefore, some things will come a little later after the boys arrive.  We are missing the rocking chairs and the wall decals, but other than that we are up and ready.  The rocking chairs are at the upholstery shop being refinished.  One of the rocking chairs was Jesses grandmas, so that will be super special to have in there.

My sister arrives tomorrow which is what we have been waiting for.  However, my doc is not available for delivery tomorrow, so we are waiting until Thursday.  I am pretty sure all will go well.  I will post more after the boys have arrived.  

Thanks to all my wonderful friends and family who have been so supportive throughout my pregnancy.  I don't think I could have done it without you!

My Obedient Children

Here we are at 35 weeks and still going strong.  The boys are being very good so far and hopefully will just stay put for another 2 weeks until my sister and her kids arrive.  We are meeting with the doctor weekly and everything is right on track.  There is really nothing new to report other than how nervous and excited we are getting.

Next week I should finally have some nursery pictures to post.  It won't be totally done by then, but it will be ready enough.  That is my quick update for today. I will update more as information becomes available.
